In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jillii," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the jillii online gaming platform accessible at jillii.net and all associated services, features, and subdomains operated thereunder.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a jillii account, whether or not any wager or deposit has been made.

• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required by jillii before processing withdrawal requests or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active jillii account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing jillii from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jillii or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period previously requested through jillii or any applicable gaming regulatory body;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had a jillii account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

jillii reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a government-issued ID confirming date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) jillii account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a jillii account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify jillii promptly of any changes.

All financial transactions on jillii are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jillii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. Additional payment options may be made available at jillii's discretion and will be communicated on the deposits page within your account dashboard.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱10.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jillii balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending institution.
• jillii does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your jillii account may only be used for gaming on the jillii platform. Deposits are not held in trust and are not eligible for interest accrual.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. jillii does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. jillii may request a government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and/or source-of-funds documentation.
• Once approved, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• jillii reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending fraud review, AML checks, or incomplete KYC documentation.

jillii offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the point of offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all jillii bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to one account per individual, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be forfeited at the end of the promotional period.
• jillii reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring existing bonus balances already credited.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming on jillii and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash outside of applicable wagering completion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, jillii's determination shall be final.

All games available on jillii are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, ensuring that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by prior results, Player status, or any external factor. • All bets placed on jillii are final once confirmed. jillii does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed wager except in the case of a documented technical error that materially affected the game outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during an active game session, jillii will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-error state. Where this is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's real money balance at jillii's discretion.
• Any winnings resulting from an obvious software error, incorrect odds display, or manifest malfunction are void and will not be credited or paid out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jillii and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, regardless of intent:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jillii games, the platform interface, or the jillii API in a manner not authorised by jillii;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended advantage — any such discoveries must be reported to jillii support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financial crime using the jillii platform;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing jillii from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law while misrepresenting your location;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour toward jillii staff or other Players via live chat or any other communication channel.

jillii reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section and to take any action deemed appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

jillii is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or a response to financial stress. jillii provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillii platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jillii content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on jillii software or platform components;
• Use jillii's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jillii platform using automated means.

jillii provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillii makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jillii's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or costs of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of jillii, even if jillii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jillii collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a jillii account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

jillii collects personal information including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, device identifiers, IP address, and gameplay data. This information is used to provide and improve jillii's services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and personalise your experience on the platform.

jillii does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or contractual necessity. jillii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jillii reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• The account is being used for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• The Player is or may be under the minimum age of 21;
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jillii.

Upon suspension, access to the account and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation. Where a suspension is resolved in the Player's favour, the account will be reinstated and available funds returned. Where a breach is confirmed, jillii reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, void associated winnings, and return only verified deposited funds net of any established losses, at its sole discretion.

Players may voluntarily close their jillii account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method after KYC verification is completed.

jillii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address associated with your account and/or via a prominent notice on the jillii website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of jillii after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using jillii and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of your written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any proceedings arising out of these Terms.
